[Desktop][Spotify for Artists] Date range on spotify artists stats

On the Spotify for Artists page, I want to select a date range over which to see graphed data on audience and song play. On my account I manage several artists. On one artist I am able to choose a custom date range to filter data by. Great! On other artists however, i expect the same functionality, but am presented with only the options to filter by 7 days, 28 days, or since 2015. Why is it that only some artists are able to filter by a custom date range? I would love this functionality for all artists.
