[Desktop] Spotify unreasonably resource hungry even in background

Spotify Desktop App uses more continuous resources than any other program I run. Even if there's NOTHING going on, no music playing, the app not even displaying. This is totally unreasonable and must be due to a resource usage bug of some sort.

When playing music, coreaudiod also uses much more CPU than it should, for example compared to playing music via browser.

There must be something up there. I've stopped using Spotify on my Mac, it just sucks so much having the Mac run hot just because you can't figure out basic app dev.
