Devices Not Showing on Mac Client

Regular

I have 3 Google Home speakers (1 Home and 2 Minis) and I can easily play music to them from my iPhone; they show up as available devices.

However, on Mac client, the devices don't show up. When I hover over the devices setting, all it does say 'Devices Available' and gives me a prompt for how to connect a device.

Has this feature been taken out or is this a bug of some kind? Or do I need to configure something so it recognizes my Google Home speakers?

I have the exact same problem with the latest OS and latest Mac OS Spotify app.

Hey there @keiferstreet and @PierreBeaulieu,

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here!

Could you double check that all devices are on the same network? It's a good idea to disconnect and reconnect them again or even restart the WiFi router and the Mac.

If that doesn't fix things, some of the apps files might have gotten corrupted and interfering with Connect. Such issues are usually resolved by performing a clean reinstall. You can follow the steps here on how to do this.

Hope you find this useful. Let us know how you get on.
