Discrepancy of songs between different platforms

I previously tried to submit this bug report, but your website threw an error at me. 

Here are both bugs, from your community website denying posting of bugs to the actual Spotify app fails.

An Unexpected Error has occurred.

• message.body : The message body contains

  The latest song that I have saved on my playlist on my Android does NOT show up on my Mac.

  Electric Eyes is the song. Please see attached screenshots.

  Spotify version on Mac OS High Sierra V 10.13.3 MacBook Pro 15" 2016

  Spotify version on Android 5.0.2 on HTC ONE (developer phone temporarily being used)

  I've restarted the Spotify on the Mac multiple times, the song still doesn't show up. I've even tried playing the song from my phone and on the Mac it shows the icon that I've got a song playing from my songs however that song does not show up (part of screenshot)
