i was listening to this album in order and all of a sudden this track (3rd track of the album) does not play at all.

I have had way more than normal 'non-playing' tracks lately.

Not grayed out.  

Bar not moving.

Just silence.

The song works fine for me.

Have you tried a quick Clean reinstallation of Spotify?

What OS and Spotify version are you running?

It might be worth trying to sync it to offline and then playing it and see if that helps.
