Is this feature gone for a short period of time? Because it is essential being able to listen while no wifi is available

There was an update to the desktop experience, but it has rolled back to the standard version. If you haven't rolled back to the standard desktop version yet, try logging out > restart device > log back in.
If that doesn't work, reply here with a screenshot of what you're seeing. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community!
