Downloaded music won't play offline

My Question or Issue: I used to be able play music I downloaded offline but it won't let me.  I completely unistalled spotifly and cleared caches and then reinstalled still having same problem

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also recommend updatin to macOS 10.14.6 🙂

I have done the uninstall and reinstall and restart still does the same thing even after I redownload all my music.  My Mac is up to date with all updates.

Hey @premiere,

First go to here, and remove all devices you don't need or use anymore because there's a limit of 5 devices that can have downloaded music for offline playback.

If the issue persits, could you try the steps from this Spotify Answer to see if that helps?
