My Question or Issue
1. When dragging more than one song anywhere they place in a different order. Often the last song becomes the first.
2. Nothing can be dragged below the final song in a playlist (I have to move the last song above).
3. When editing playlists (a lot of editing in a short period of time) often the songs I have been moving rearrange in random places within the playlist, not where I have put them.
Any help is appreciated
Hey @nikolas5bp,
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community 🙂
It's a good idea to restart the device and then to log out and log back in again. If that doesn't help, you can give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. That way you can make sure the app is up-to-date and the cache is not causing any issues.
If that doesn't do the trick, we'd recommend you try with another device. Are there any changes?

Hey @nikolas5bp,
Thanks for keeping us in the loop.
The troubleshooting you've done so far indicates that the root cause of the issue lies with the app on your Mac. Could you make sure that none of the sorting options are activated? It's also a good idea to disable hardware acceleration and see if that makes a difference. You can find this option in the advanced settings menu.
Hope this helps. Keep us posted on how it goes.
Hi @nikolas5bp,
Thanks for getting back to us.
With the app on the foreground, click the Spotify name on the top bar and uncheck Hardware Acceleration.
Let us know if you notice any difference.
We'll be right here.

Thanks for getting back to us.
Could you send over a screen recording where we can take a better look at this issue?
Keep us posted. We'll continue investigating this.
