Embed "Something Went Wrong" on Squarespace & Shopify

I've added a Spotify playlist embed on two client websites - one Shopify and one Squarespace. On each, the Spotify embed box says "Something Went Wrong." Any ideas? I've added the embed box in two sizes. Apple music does work.

Thank you! I've tried different playlists. It works in Chrome, but not
Safari. Obviously it should work across all browsers.
