Error Code: 600

Error Code: 600

I have tried to add my son (12 yrs) to My Premium Family account, but each time I am confirming his address details (same as mine) I get "600: oops! Something went wrong. Try it again". Already tried several times, reinstalled Spotify, but nothing helped. Any tips? Thanks!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue!

 

I suggest trying to complete the process after wiping out cookies and cache. You can also try incognito mode, browser's 'safe mode' (addons disabled; if present) or a second device.

I have the same arror code as those persons and I tried what you said but it didn't work out. I'm trying to activate my link to get Spotify Family but every time I get the error message. I also tried to connect my account to facebook but that didn't work out either.

What can I do ?

I just solved my friend's problem about this.

In her case, she actually have her residential area in her account as England where she actually is in Indonesia.

Apparently the system allow overwriting and update your address in your confirmation registration for family but not at Nationality level.

 

So you guys might wanna check that as well
