My Question or Issue

I keep getting Error 39 when trying to log in via email and password, or when trying to connect via Facebook.

 

I have tried all of the below the suggestions, including:

- try another account

- reinstall macOS

- de-activate all firewalls

- reinstall spotify

- changing hosts on terminal

 

This started happening when I upgraded Catalina

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

 

If you are, can you let us know if have trouble logging in using our web player or just the app?

 

What happens if you try using a different internet connection, for example starting a hotspot on your phone?
