Explicit content unplayable?

I'm not sure why or how it has happened, but my desktop player has completely disabled the playability of songs with explicit content. To say this mildly, this is really horrible considering how my favourite songs just happens to include it 🙂

I've tried looking on both the settings on there and on my account on Spotify's website, but to no use. The same thing has begun happening on my iPhone as well - Unsure if something's truly wrong with my account or Spotify just has been bugging lately?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Try to turn on the option for Explicit Content in your iPhone to see if that makes a difference 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
