Favorite Songs Tab (HELP!) Where are my Saved Songs!?

Regular
I am absolutely fed up with Spotify. This is the second thing that has happened to me that has made me reconsider having the service.
I had thousands of songs under my saved "Songs" tab. I log in to my desktop app on my Mac today and it is now called "Favorite Songs" and nothing is loading.

WHERE DID ALL MY SAVED SONGS GO? I am so infuriated. Music is beyond important to me and if I lost all the songs I had saved, I will lose my mind. There better be a fix for this. PLEASE GET MY SONGS BACK ASAP.

Hey @rebecca1144, welcome to the Community.

Hope you are having a great time!

Nothing to worry! Spotify is undertaking some changes and Songs folder name is now Favorite Songs. Another change is that the + and Follow buttons are changed to a ♥︎.
You will be able to Follow artists and playlists by tapping that heart which will add the to Your library, but don't worry they won't be added to your Favorite Songs yet. When you open a playlist or when exploring an artisits page for songs you can tap ♥︎ again this time to save them in Favorite Songs.
Spotify has made this change to make one universal icon to add something to your library! ♥︎

Please try to look for them if they are still on your other devices.

Try to use another network as well and see if they appear. Check if you haven't accidentally logged in with the wrong account.

If they won't appear at all contact support, please fill out the online contact form. If, for whatever reason you would prefer not to, or you cannot use the form, support can also be reached on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares, or on Facebook by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page.
Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.

Have a nice day!
