Friend Feed suddenly showing days old info

Today I updates my Spotify app on both of my computers ( a 2018 macbook pro and an imac) and suddenly the friend feed info from the last few days is missing.

I saw friends listening to music this morning and then suddenly the 'last activity' went from 4 hours ago to 2 days ago on restart.

 I can see the recently played artists on those friends updating sporadically, it just seems to be the feed itself and it's weird that the activity that was already logged just went away. I definitely saw those users online multiple times (at least 4-5) in the last two days.

Is this a known issue or are there any fixes for it?
