Friends Activity and Playlist covers

My Question or Issue

I just got this new laptop and when I first downloaded Spotify I could see my friends activities and even have the setting switched on to where it should but it's been a week since it's worked. I also can't see the friends I follow at all. It also won't allow me to change my playlists names or cover photo at all.

We're currently investigating an issue causing what you describe. We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. 

Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.
