Brief description of the issue:
click on the "Go back" button on top/left, the Spotify app speeds through all past(recent?) pages you've accessed and stops.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Playing audio oniPhone 7 Plus, controlling Spotify from Macbook Pro OSX Sierra   - to Play,Pause, Previous, Foward...etc. (1) And clicking on artist name(link) on the lower left Artist Album cover/ Current song info, and at the (2)Artist page clicking on "About" tab, scroll all the way down (Do not click "Read More" otherwise issue is not seen) and (3)then click on the "Go back" button on top. Immediatly the Spotify app speeds through all past(recent?) pages you've accessed and stops.

Type of Spotify account you have (Free/ Premium):
