Help, songs wont play on desktop and says "This song is not available"

I'm having trouble playing songs on my desktop (Mac). I can play any song on my phone but they wont play on my computer and it will say "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." Some songs still can play but majority wont play. 

I've tried redownloading and restarting my computer. Any ideas on how to fix?
