High CPU Usage by local FLAC files

Hi, I just solved my Spotify for Mac problem and would like to leave my solution here.

I was affected by high CPU usage problem for quite a while now and tried several solutions from this community such as disabling hardware acceleration or reinstalling.

It seemed like the origin of the problem in my case is the FLAC files in my system. Although I disabled local files, it still look in my downloads folder and found a flac file. After I move it somewhere else, Spotify just stop making my laptop scream.

About how I found out about this, I stumble upon Open Files and Ports in Activity Monitor and found the file there.
