How do I stop Spotify from opening on laptop startup on my Macbook?

Sometimes Spotify just opens itself without me doing anything. The Help articles suggest going to Advanced settings, but I am unable to locate that setting. I may just have to delete Spotify from my computers and only use it on a different device.

Hey @PerAxel

Please check out this setting in your Spotify Preferences.

If this option is set to No, and Spotify still launches at Startup, you may need to change some of your Mac's System Settings.

I don't use Mac, so here's a guide I found to stop apps from opening at startup.
