How to Re-arrange Playlist Order

Previously one could re-arrange the order of the actual playlists by accessing the desktop version of Spotify and dragging the playlists in the side bar to the left. However, with the recent change to the desktop interface (at least on a Mac) the sidebar no longer displays the playlists and they can only be accessed in grid form via the library. Dragging playlists to rearrange them does not work and there is no "Edit" option in the "Your Library - Playlist" tab.

I would like to place a new playlist that I created further down my list so that I can have easier access to my preferred playlists.
