To use your hearing aids with Spotify on your Mac, you simply need to connect them to the device and set them as the default audio output using this guide.

 

If you're not sure how to get them to appear in the available Bluetooth devices list, try these steps from the TruHearing website:

  1. Make sure you have a fresh battery in your hearing aid but leave the battery doors open, so it’s not powered up. If you have a rechargeable hearing aid, charge it fully before connecting and place it in the charging case.
  2. Close the battery door to power up your hearing aid so your iPhone (Mac in your case) can detect it. If you have a rechargeable hearing aid, remove it from the case to turn it on.

Once you've connected and chosen them as the default output device, you should be able to play music from Spotify on them.
