We have seen a few reports of this before here on the community, but it appears to be random! 

Any chance you can post?:

- Your operating system

- Your Spotify client version (Help/Spotify > About)

- If that track is being streamed from Spotify or it is one you have as a local file?

• Track is being streamed from Spotify (specifically Radio)
• Issue seems specific to the pictured album ("Ultimate 60s Surf Classics")
