Hello, when I hover my mouse cursor over my profile picture I can't edit it, no message appears while I'm still on the computer application, what should I do?

It looks like you are using an older version of Mac OS X. We can only promise all current features to users with OS X 10.10 or above. Sorry about that!

You could try to access your account from a newer device to see if you can change your profile picture there. Hope it works!
