I can't play explicit contents although I'm an adult

My Question or Issue

I can't play explicit content.
Songs are just greyed out. If I click anyway, it would say "This content is not available" at the bottom, which goes away quickly.

In the setting menu, Explicit content play is turned on.

Thanks for reaching out. Does this occur only with explicit content? Does it occur with all explicit content? Also, you mentioned that your country is South Korea. Because of local regulations, a special age verification needs to be completed within the app in order to play explicit content. Have you gotten the prompt to complete this verification before? If yes, was it successful?

• It happens with all explicit content
• I've never asked to do an age verification. Perhaps because I had an account in the U.S.?

Thanks for the reply. Can you confirm on what devices you've tried to use Spotify so far? If you haven't tried it on mobile, please do so. Some screenshots or a video of the behaviour would also be greatly appreciated.
