I canceled my subscription exactly one day before the next month started and anything was charged. However hours after cancleing the subrstription, I was charged a whole new month. I want a refund for the month, please and thank you.

The Support team should be able to help with refund requests. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form. If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
