ISSUE. All songs in starred playlist disappeared!

Logging in today my starred playlist is empty - a few thousand songs gone.

Checking different devices this is the same across all.

Read all forum topics and nothing points me in the right direction. Cannot recover the songs on the account backend online as the playlist itself was not deleted, only all songs inside it.

Really want those songs back! Thanks for any help!

I have been a Premium spotify user for about three years now but now that I need support theres nothing. Extremely dissapointing and will likely have to cancel my account as without my playlist theres no point staying on 😞
