My Question or Issue

For about one year, I was not able to listen a music on my Spotify on my Mac. I have no message but the music doesn't begin. I already tried to re-install Spotify but it doesn't work. On all my other devices ( iPhone, Google Home) I have no problems, all work fine. So I don't know what to do, I ask for your help.

I put a pics from Spotify when I try to launch a music.

We're currently aware of an issue causing the behavior you describe. We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE

 

It'll also be useful to subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.

Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed. This way, you can start afresh with Spotify on your device. 

 

Check out this help page in order to find the steps for clean reinstall on the affected device. Let us know about the outcome and then we'll be able to take a closer look at what you're experiencing.

Hello, thank you for the answer.

I did to make a clean reinstall of Spotify and so now when a try to connect myself to spotify I have an error message : "A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally you could try changing the current used proxy settings (error 30)"

It is true that I cannot use the web player spotify, when I try to launch the website I cannot acces to it because of a firewall problem. 

However, I made a fast check and Spotify is whitelisted on my firewall and I don't have a proxy (I think).
