Is playlist based radio dynamic

If you base a radio station on a playlist and then you alter that playlist does it alter the radio station? Or is it based on the "fingerprint" of the station when it was created?

The exact method how this works is not known or at least not published, see the many threads and ideas about changing the radio algorithm because of too much repetition. My guess is that if you add new songs at the end of the playlist, the related radio station will not change at all. If you move them to the top of the playlist, it might.

Does the playlist order matter?

There are speculations that only the first 250 or whatever tracks are picked from a large playlist when creating a radio station from it, so the order would matter in this case.
