Is there any way to favorite a song or songs in an album you've saved?

The closest thing i've found is you can delete the song you didn't like in an album which isn't as convenient as favoriting the ones you did like.

Not as far as I know. I find that making playlists of these favorite songs works for this.

No, unfortunately you can't favorite songs. You can create a playlist of your favorites, or just only save your favorites to your library. If you wanted, you could suggest this idea in the idea columns!
