Issue with Spotify not responding with my login Mac

Hi,

When trying to login with my spotify account it causes the application to not respond.

My phone and iPad are ok.

We tested using another account in the same login works fine an also my account on another user account but still having the same issue.

Can anyone help?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Could you let me know your spotify username? There might be a bug with your account, and if there is a bug it will crash when users try to navigate to your profile.

Your public profile seems fine but I can see you do have a lot of duplicate playlists on your account - did you realise? If you're able to log into your account on another computer to delete some of those and reduce the overall number of playlists, that should help with performance.
