Language errors in Mac App

I run Spotify in Swedish. On my iPhone, everything is in Swedish in the Spotify app. But on my Mac, there are some things in English in the Spotify app. I attach a picture where the red arrows show the bugs in the Mac app, and the green arrows show what it is like in the iPhone app. Excuse my bad English.

Not all Spotify features have been translated in all languages at the moment. 

However, if you're having difficulties with the app due to a part that hasn't been translated yet please let me know.

Of course, it does not look very professional when it is in different languages. Especially when it works in the App - should it be the same language file? What I really wish you would fix is that it says Hem (Swedish), not Home in English.
