Language on desktop is spanish. On my IPhone it's English.

I need help with this.

The Spotify menu on my Mac is somehow in Spanish. When on my phone it's English, and I have no idea why it's suddenly spanish when I'm on my Mac - and I can't seem to change it. 

I find it extremely annoying that there is no easy way to contact support. It took me some time to get to this place to ask a question. 

Can someone help with this issue?

The language of your mobile app is the same language you use on your device. 

On desktop it's possible to choose a different language. 

To change the language of your Spotify app on desktop: 

1. Click Options  in the top-right corner and select Settings.
2. Under Language, select your preferred language.
3. Log out and back in.

If you look at the top bar, it's still in spanish.

Do you mind checking your desktop language? You can do that by following this Apple Support guide. 

If that does't help either, I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular reinstallation.
Just find your device in this article and follow the steps provided there.

Thank you! I somehow had both my native language and Spanish setup as default languages on my Mac. 

I changed it and voila - now it's in English again.
