Le canzoni si bloccano dopo pochi secondi

Ciao a tutti,

da qualche ora Spotify ha cominciato a dare di matto. Disinstallato e reinstallato, svuotato cestino, chace dalla libreria ma niente, le canzoni partono e si bloccano dopo pochi secondi. Per non parlare del feed amici che non visualizzo più da mesi.

Ho un macOS Mojave (10.14.4) ed ho notato che altri utenti con la stessa versione del SO hanno problemi simili.

Qualcuno è in grado di aiutarmi?

Mi succede anche a me ma da telefono... Sto impazzendo, dopo pochi secondi si fermano e non ripartono.

Succede anche a me sia da computer che da telefono! ho provato a disinstallare/rinstallare, svuotare chace, eliminare tutti i dispositivi a cui il mio account era associato ( computer, telefono e smart tv) ma niente continua a bloccarsi

io ho aperto il ticket la settimana scorsa, finora NESSUNA SOLUZIONE.

sto pensando di passare ad Apple Music, almeno sono sicuro che funziona.

se apro la web app su open.spotify.com, anche la desktop app funziona.

chiudo la web app la desktop app smette di funzionare.

Succede la stessa cosa anche a me ho disinstallato e rinstallato ma i brani vanno per pochi secondi e poi passa al sucessivo

1. Model
2. OS version
3. Spotify version
4. If it happens in WiFi or 3G/4G

If you could also try a more thorough reinstallation using these steps, that'd be great.

I'm using a new macbook pro with os 10.15.2 Catalina and i having the same problems with spotify (version 1.1.24.91.g4ca6d5eb)

I am having the same issue with my account (not premium) in Italy - songs don't play for more than 10 secs. I tried installing again the app and I have updated my iOS version on the phone. 

Do you have any guidance on the issue?

io ho risolto togliendo e rimettendo  l'accelerazione hardware dalle impostazioni di spotify.
