List of playlists won't scroll and behaves in a choppy manner

It is not possible to scroll the playlist list in the sidebar using wheel nor touchpad gesture. It scrolls by few pixels, then it forcibly goes back to initial place. Zooming/scaling the window won't help. It randomly goes away after navigating to other album/artist/playlist. Scrolling works by using handle through. Video attached (MOV inside the ZIP file).

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Use app normally, then try to scroll playlist list.
