Local File Not Recognized

I had many local files and decided to wipe my iTunes library, since I can no longer search local files through Spotify. In doing so, when I redownloaded tracks that were in some of my Spotify playlists, they were not recognized when opening Spotify. The tracks are downloaded from iTunes and worked previously, however, now I get the error "The track is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it."

I am able to access the file through the local files tab on the application and I am able to add the track to my playlists and it will play. My issue is that I spent a long time building my starred playlist, and I'm very particular about the order of the playlist. Since I can't rearrange the order of the starred playlist, I want to see if there is any way I can have the track appear where it was without having to completely redo my starred playlist.

Is there any way to "show" Spotify the track so I can maintain the order of my starred playlist?
