Local files get wrong Metadata (but play fine), syncs wrong files to mobile

I run into the following problem: I bought a Metallica concert from their website in Apple Lossless, converted it to m4a and put it in the local folder which Spotify monitors. All songs appear in Spotify, but some get the wrong metadata. They play fine.

When I sync my phone with this playlist it copies some local files to the phone. For songs with the wrong metadata it syncs the wrong file out of Spotifys library, which obviously breaks the concert because now I have some files from the concert and some files from several other Metallica albums on my phone.

Please fix this.
