Local files not an option on Macbook?

Hey, trying to add some songs from an artist that I have on my computer to my spotify playlist so I can listen across devices, the one album from the artist that isn't on Spotify. 

But can't find the option to view local files? Can't do it through my mobile on android so trying my macbook and nothing is coming up under settings for local files.

and never mind. app needed to update. updated and now I can see local files.
