Local files problem

I deleted some albums from my computer and iTunes that I had imported in my local files. Spotify also has those albums. However, after deleting the local files (which still show up on my local files,  even though I have show songs from iTunes off in Settings, just can't play them) I can't play those albums anymore on my desktop (no problem with my phone), even though Spotify has them. "This song is not available. If you have the file on your on computer you can import it." just comes up. Any idea how to fix this?
