Logged into desktop with Facebook, but cannot find friends/username is numbers

So I tried troubleshooting based on some suggestions I found here, I deactivated my Facebook, reset my password, logged out of Spotify and came back in. Still nothing.

My issue is that everywhere it shows that I'm logged into Spotify with Facebook, and yet my username is a series of numbers, and I can't connect with my friends. So I don't understand how I'm technically still connected with Facebook but also not. 

I've attached a photo of the alert I get when I try the "FIND FRIENDS" button. Also you can see in the background that my username is still not my actual name. 

Can someone please help? I feel like I've tried everything in my capacity and I'm really frustrated. 😞

It sounds like your Facebook and Spotify account might be disconnected. Found out here what you can do to fix this.
