I was just blown away by the Ad "Svensk Fågel" which was easily 10dB louder than the music I was currently listening to. Not sure if that's intentional to kill non premium users but.. hey. -14 LUFS should account for all content providers.

We'd recommend you post the requested info about the super loud ad in this thread. This way it will get reported to the right team at Spotify asap.
