Lower the ad volume

My Question or Issue

 Its a pretty awful strategy to annoy people into paying for your service. The ads are intentionally too loud for that purpose and you know that. Its ridiculous.

I'm very sorry to hear this, and it's definitely not Spotify's intent for ads to be annoying. Although, ads are what keep Spotify free. If you haven't yet, why not try a free trial here?

This is true!

I actually have to lower the volume during ads. Because i'm already lowering the volume, i usually just put the volume to zero for the duration of the ads. This completely defeats the purpose of having ads. The advertising companies and I would prefer me listening normal volume ads instead of me listening ads for 2 seconds and then silence for another 45 seconds.
