[MAC] Search bar overlaps with title bar

Mac OSX 10.14 Mojave

The search bar at the top of the app is high enough that it overlaps with where the title bar would normally be on an un-skinned Mac application window, which results in the app full-screening when I double-click the search bar to select all text in it.  It thinks I'm double-clicking the title bar to maximize the window.  Does anyone else have this problem?  If so, how do I submit a bug report?  "Ideas" didn't seem like the right place to go for this.

I've had this issue as well. The scroll bar is one of the most frustrating parts of the desktop app. It always disappears as I'm trying to grab it and when it's at the top I always end up dragging the window instead of the scroll bar.
