Mac App says im not premium so wont login

Mac App says im not premium so wont login

Simply didnt open the app on macbook. Asked for login, and when i did, said im not premium.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

So you were able to login, but did not see the Premium features? If that's the case, then most probably you're logged in on the wrong account. Here is how to check if that's the case.

 

Also make sure to check the subscription status of the account via the account page in a web browser.

Im having the same issue. I get error code: access point:22. I checked my account status through a web browser and it is a premium account, but when I try to login through the Mac app it says I am not a premium user.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

If the Mac keeps showing a free account, it's possible that it has a free account logged in instead of your Premium one. In this case, since the web browser shows you the Premium subscription active, we'd first recommend checking the email address you have registered in that account (from your Account page), logging out and logging back in with the right email.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we'd also recommend checking out this article for more info.
