My Question or Issue

I probably have the same issue that some other people have.

I read many guided answers but unfortunately couldn't solve the problem.

I tried to set my country location (which was correct). Anyway, all my Infos are updated now.

The problem is that I'm using Spotify premium on my MacBook pro (Catalina version) with no problem but when i'm trying to connect my iMac it doesn't work! There's a message says A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally, you could try changing the currently used proxy settings. (Error code: 30)

I have to notice that my firewall is turned off!

I also did a clean installation dumping the previous files in the trash but the problem still exists

 

Please help if possible.

I have the same issue on my new macbook pro!

I tried for a couple of days chatting with people from Spotify. They guided me but unfortunately, nothing worked. At the end, I was informed that someone from the technical department would then contact me.I'm still waiting since then, so good luck!
