[Mac] Volume Slider Does Not Remember Position After Restart

Brief description of the issue: So if you lower the volume using the volume slider on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, then restart your computer, the slider goes back to 100%, but the actual volume level output from Spotify remains at the point it was before the restart. 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Lower the volume on the bottom right-hand slider
2. Restart computer
3. Open Spotify and play a song, then click at max on the volume slider
4. The volume increases to max again, but the bar did not show its real position after restart

What steps you’ve tried already: Update Spotify, Restart multiple times
