[MacOS] Same artists shown multiple times and links to a different artist

My Question or Issue

For the past few weeks, Spotify has been showing the same artist multiple times on my home screen.  Please see the image attached, the issue is outlined in red.  When I click on one of the Mac Miller examples it will take me to different artists.  You can also see the wrong artwork/artist details in my recently played.
