Spotify does not accept my username or password although I momentarily saw my account with all the playlists before the "incorrect username or password" error message appeared. When I log in with Facebook only one of my playlists is visible, please help.

I'd post the problem in there, I can't find any evidence of that coming up before in the forums so I'd head straight to either this thread or comment spotify directly. I'd go for both.
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
