I'm using Spotify Premium for 1,5 year on my Imac and it never failed. But the last week I can't play any music at all. The seek bar at the bottom of the screen look like it's playing a track, but there is no music. I've tried to re-install the program, but it won't resolve my problems.
It's not a problem with my account, because I'm using Spotify on my Iphone it works well. What can I do??

Would you be able to try one more reinstallation, but this time following the steps here including removing the specified Spotify folders?
