My MacBook Air will Not play music or anything from Spotify!?

I havent ever had a problem before but, today I was playing music through my mac with headphones and i opened the app in my phone at the same time. Ever since then music WILL NOT play through the mac. I have tried logging out, deleteing, and restarting both my phone and the mac. still nothing. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!! I need music for school lol

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Also, make sure to have macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and iOS 12.4.1 installed.

If the issue persists try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account.
