My crossfade settings aren't working.

My crossfade settings aren't working.

I understand that it doesn't work with Spotify Connect but I'm trying to play from my desktop. Directly to this device and still it doesn't work.

Could you try to log out > restart your computer > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?


We'd recommend to disable any antivirus or ad-blocking software that might be affecting the app and turn off VPN if in use. 


If a family member has a Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your pc to see if they'll experience the same. 


In case they do, there might be an issue with your device's cache. Not to worry, performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here should help you solve this. It'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and fixes and will remove any corrupted files from previous installations.
